Data Scientist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design, build, and iterate AI and machine-learning solutions for Purchasing data products and automation use cases
• Enable data-driven decisioning and intelligent automation within established governance and delivery frameworks
• Ensure AI capabilities are robust, explainable, and scalable
• Design and implement AI/ML models for various use cases (e.g., recommendations, scoring, prediction, classification)
• Support multiple AI interaction patterns, including embedded intelligence, conversational interfaces, and agentic solutions
• Validate model outcomes, explainability, and performance to support responsible AI practices
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience translating business needs into executable model logic and expected outcomes
• Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and performant
• Experience integrating AI outputs into user-facing experiences (dashboards, chatbots, AI-assisted workflows)
• Strong understanding of AI reuse, standardization, and patterns across initiatives
