What Youll Do

Develop and maintain monthly reports on staff activity, patient care,

and organizational performance for leadership, the Board of Directors,

and internal teams.

Create and execute database queries to pull, analyze, and organize

information needed for operational decision-making and reporting

requirements.

Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency while

identifying and correcting data quality issues.

Support federal grant reporting by verifying, entering, analyzing, and

preparing required data in a timely manner.

Build and improve processes that strengthen data integrity, reporting

accuracy, and the organizations ability to use information effectively.

Work with Information Systems and technical support teams to improve,

upgrade, and enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities.

Partner with leadership and departments across the Center to evaluate

processes, identify challenges, and recommend data-informed

improvements.

Develop procedures, documentation, and training resources to improve

data collection, reporting practices, and system use.

Monitor data-related projects, track deliverables, and support

implementation of organizational initiatives.

Participate in management discussions by bringing data, insights, and

solutions that help guide decisions and improve operations.

  • Qualifications**:

Bachelors degree preferred; however, a combination of education and

Experience Providing The Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Necessary To

successfully perform the position will be considered.

Experience with data management, reporting, database systems, computer

operations, or related analytical work.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

interpret complex information and identify opportunities for

improvement.

Experience creating reports, analyzing data, developing documentation,

and improving processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate,

reliable data.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computers, software applications, databases, reporting

tools, and other technology systems.
