The team works closely with product managers, data engineers, and executives to drive data-informed decision-making across key growth and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, dashboards, and executive scorecards using modern BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define core KPIs, establish tracking plans, and ensure end-to-end data quality
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to identify user behavior patterns, growth bottlenecks, and revenue opportunities
- Build and automate ETL data pipelines using Python and dbt to streamline data transformation and reporting workflows
- Communicate complex technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through structured presentations and documentation
- 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering within a tech environment
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and advanced experience with Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) and transformation tools (dbt)
- Demonstrated ability to design impactful dashboards and data models in modern BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or Mode)
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with event-tracking platforms like Segment or Amplitude, and familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow
