Cyber Security Engineer

The Role

• Act as the senior technical and accreditation authority for cyber governance
• Ensure Capability Providers and Externals deliver complete, technically validated cyber artifacts
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to support inclusion into the baseline
• Maintain RMF/ATO packages for development, integration, and test environments
• Lead continuous monitoring and participate in promotion decisions
• Provide hands-on support to Cloud and DSOP engineers
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years, or PhD with 9+ years
• Expert knowledge of RMF and cybersecurity governance across diverse enclaves
• Experience with Xacta, STIGs, OWASP tooling, and ACAS/Nessus vulnerability adjudication
• DoD 8140-aligned certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GIAC Security Engineer (GSE), or CASP+
• Strong knowledge of JSIG, NIST SP 800-53, STIG, and RMF controls
• Active TS.SCI clearance
