- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, ecology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, certifications (e.g., LEED), and best practices in sustainability.
