Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, building, and implementing new cooling system components, products, and technologies. The position requires extensive collaboration with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions. The candidate will support supplier development activities, participate in cost estimation, proposal preparation, and technical reporting, and assist with drafting reviews, testing coordination, and product release activities.

Responsibilities

Design and modify 3D cooling system/component designs using Creo CAD tools.
Coordinate prototype builds, testing, validation, and analysis activities.
Collaborate with various teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Develop functional requirements, detailed design documentation, and engineering specifications.
Participate in cost estimation, proposal preparation, and technical reporting.
Assist with drafting reviews, testing coordination, and product release activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
3-4 years of relevant cooling system or mechanical design engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of cooling systems technology and application methods.
Proficiency in Creo CAD for 3D modeling, drafting, and component/system design.
Experience with Teamcenter processes and engineering release workflows.
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Ability to create 2D/3D models, assemblies, fabrication drawings, and modular designs.
Knowledge of thermodynamics, thermal simulation, and structural analysis.
Experience troubleshooting design/system issues and implementing engineering changes.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $41.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
