Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including operations, customer support, administrative, and sales roles.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through online platforms, networking initiatives, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with external recruiting partners, educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to expand candidate outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruiting efforts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring-related functions as needed.
