Cybersecurity Specialist

The Role

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for divisional cybersecurity processes across multiple Abbott organizations.
• Support cybersecurity for both medical and non-medical products, managing product inventory.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management processes.
• Provide cybersecurity input for internal and external communications, and conduct incident response tabletop exercises.
• Conduct Cybersecurity Oversight Committee meetings to inform Executive Leadership on initiatives and areas of interest.
• Assess cybersecurity regulations for their impact on CoreDx products.
  
  

What You'll Need

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines; Master’s degree is desirable.
• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Engineering, Cyber or Product support.
• Strong understanding of product cybersecurity, including the relationship between threat, vulnerability, and customer risk.
• Familiarity with FDA and other international regulatory guidelines for medical device cybersecurity.
• Understanding of industry standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FedRAMP, and TIR-57 Principles.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals.
