We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting a career in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases.
• Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy.
• Support business teams by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant information.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to support business initiatives.
• Document data analysis processes and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Internship, academic projects, or certifications related to data analytics.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
