Software Developer

The Role

• Define, design, develop, test, maintain, implement, and support CAPS systems
• Write and maintain source code
• Create and maintain software applications
• Apply frameworks involved in software release/implementation
• Translate requirements into technical design
• Perform configuration management, system and integration testing, and bug fixing
  
  

What You'll Need

• BS degree and 12 years of relevant experience or 16+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Software Engineering (Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Docker, Maven, C, C++, Objective-C, JIRA, Github)
• Familiarity with Architecture (API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFormation, Secure AWS migration, IAM, S3, SQS, SNS, VPC, EC2, RDS/MySQL, enterprise application design, high- and low-level solution design, architecture roadmap, requirements gathering and analysis, services, database, web services, SOAP/XML)
• Understanding of Security concepts including encrypted storage patterns, latency/uptime
• In-depth understanding of technical principles, theories, concepts and their application
