Fall 2026 Internship – Social Media

About Rag & Bone

From our origins in New York in 2002, rag & bone was founded on a belief of uncompromising ideals: a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream.

We still believe in the same principles we started with: the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy,

rag & bone’s Fall 2026 internship program is unpaid and for college credit only.

We pride ourselves on offering an exciting and educational internship experience to participants, and value the contribution those new to the industry can bring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world work experience, learn how varying departments interface and develop foundational skills to help you enter the fashion world after you graduate.

Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking and come into the office at least 2 days/week.

rag & bone is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Intern to support the marketing team across all facets of our social presence. This role is a great fit for someone who is deeply immersed in social media, has strong instincts for what makes content work, and is excited to contribute ideas across strategy, content, and analytics.

The ideal candidate is a natural trendspotter, a clear communicator, and comfortable moving between creative ideation and more analytical work like reporting and competitive research. Experience and passion for filming or editing short-form videos is a plus, as the role may include opportunities to help produce short-form content for TikTok using company equipment.

This role will play a key part in bringing our social presence to life—supporting the content calendar, contributing creative ideas, tracking performance, and helping the team stay ahead of what's happening in culture and on platform.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and maintaining the social content calendar across TikTok and Instagram
  • Opportunity to assist in filming and editing short-form video content using company equipment, for those interested in gaining hands-on production experience
  • Help maintain organized archives of content and assets
  • Assist with day-to-day community management and platform monitoring as needed
  • Support execution of social campaigns, product launches, and key cultural moments
  • Support reporting on content and campaign performance, helping identify insights and opportunities for optimization
  • Monitor social trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments daily, translating them into on-brand ideas
  • Conduct competitive analysis, tracking what peer and aspirational brands are doing across platforms
  • Proactively research, identify, and pitch social-first content ideas aligned with brand priorities and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including trends, features, and best practices
  • Experience filming and editing video content is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Interest in fashion, culture, and digital media
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with (or interested in learning) reporting and performance analysis
  • Strong creative instincts and a point of view on what makes content resonate
