Preparing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs for complex building projects
Performing engineering calculations, load analysis, and detailed design documentation across all project phases
Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams throughout the design process
Supporting energy analysis efforts and implementing sustainable, high-performance design strategies
Conducting site surveys and assisting with construction administration activities including RFIs and submittal reviews
Preparing technical reports, narratives, and supporting project documentation

The Mechanical Design Engineer should have the following...

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for complex building projects
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
