Data Scientist (USA)
Location: Preferable if the candidate is in Sacramento / Atlanta / Denver
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business problems and convert them into AI/ML solutions
- Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for enterprise-scale applications
- Work on advanced AI use cases involving NLP, Predictive Analytics, Recommendation Systems, Time Series Forecasting, and Generative AI
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable business insights
- Develop scalable data pipelines, model training workflows, and experimentation frameworks
- Build and evaluate AI models using modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from research, prototyping, and validation to deployment and monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Data Science research
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML Engineers, Cloud teams, and product teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions
- Contribute to research initiatives, whitepapers, patents, or publications where applicable
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Statistical Modeling, and Data Mining
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, or Generative AI frameworks is a plus
- Experience with SQL, data processing, and large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and problem-solving capabilities
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields is strongly preferred
- Candidates with strong research backgrounds, publications, or thesis work in AI/ML domains will be highly valued
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI
