Software Developer
Responsibilities:
• Design and build tools that make platform data easier to investigate, interpret, and use for operational decision-making.
• Create derived datasets and structured indicators that support dashboards, automated agents, and recurring analytical workflows without relying on direct raw-table queries.
• Develop an initial solution for identifying and classifying offline devices, then expand into additional high-value data products and targeted tooling.
• Build and maintain well-structured APIs so both internal users and automated systems can access data consistently through the same query and filtering capabilities.
• Integrate analytical outputs into regression models and machine learning workflows while highlighting insights relevant to customer experience and product strategy.
• Enhance and support the underlying database environment, derived-data architecture, and front-end utilities that enable AI products and business growth initiatives.
• Respond to cross-functional reporting and data requests by translating business questions into accurate extracts, analyses, and actionable findings.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on work across data engineering, application development, and analytics-focused tooling.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript for building reliable full-stack solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including familiarity with API standards such as OpenAPI Specification.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query, model, and analyze data directly in Microsoft SQL environments.
• Practical background in data mining or investigative analysis within complex, high-impact environments.
• Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools; exposure to Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms or warehousing environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable technologies.
• Ability to work as a versatile engineer across data pipelines, data models, and user-facing tools rather than focusing on a single technical layer.
