Galaxy is seeking a highly motivated Institutional Distribution Associate to join our Global Distribution team. This role sits at the intersection of deal execution, product positioning, and distribution – with direct access to senior leadership, tier-1 accounts, and high-value commercial engagements.
You will own client-facing materials, support multi-product engagements with the world’s most important financial institutions, and build deep product expertise across Galaxy’s full suite of digital asset offerings.
You operate with a high degree of ownership, execute independently under pressure, and deliver outputs that move deals forward. You are hungry, bring relentless work ethic, and hold a high bar for excellence.
What You’ll Do
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$150,000 - $175,000 USD

Galaxy is seeking a highly motivated Institutional Distribution Associate to join our Global Distribution team. This role sits at the intersection of deal execution, product positioning, and distribution – with direct access to senior leadership, tier-1 accounts, and high-value commercial engagements.

What You’ll Do
- Support Galaxy’s highest-priority tier-1 accounts, working alongside senior leadership and business heads on live institutional engagements.
- Own the development of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
- Contribute directly to deal outcomes end-to-end, from initial engagement through close.
- Drive post-meeting execution, including note capture, follow-ups, and internal coordination to maintain deal momentum.
- Translate complex products and strategies into clear, compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences.
- Build fluency across Galaxy’s digital asset offerings, including structured products, tokenization, custody and wallet infrastructure, and asset management.
- Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision
- Strong experience building excellent client-ready materials in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear, polished outputs
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
- Thrives under tight timelines and high standards – and brings a grinder’s mentality to match
