Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and field leadership positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels, including proactive outreach for hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews while maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage approximately 20–30 active requisitions while ensuring hiring timelines remain on track.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire processing.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to provide recruiting guidance and hiring updates.
- Support compliance initiatives related to onboarding, employment documentation, and hiring processes.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
- Assist with additional recruiting and Human Resources projects as needed.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG or Paycom experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service approach toward candidates and hiring managers.
