Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in the fitness industry to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, manage multiple hiring priorities, and build strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization.

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and field leadership positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing top talent, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and delivering a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels, including proactive outreach for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews while maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage approximately 20–30 active requisitions while ensuring hiring timelines remain on track.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire processing.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to provide recruiting guidance and hiring updates.
  • Support compliance initiatives related to onboarding, employment documentation, and hiring processes.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist with additional recruiting and Human Resources projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG or Paycom experience is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service approach toward candidates and hiring managers.
