Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (GCP) with 3–5 years of experience for a full-time 1-year contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code. You’ll work closely with backend and QA teams to build scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure and streamline deployments in a growth-oriented, tech-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

Build, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments.
Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system visibility.
Ensure prominent levels of application scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams to streamline the deployment process.
Follow Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform or GCP Deployment Manager
Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (GKE)

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute, IAM, VPC, Cloud Run/Cloud Functions
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or GCP Deployment Manager
Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes (GKE) for orchestration
