Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- HYBRID POSITION ** REMOTE BUT MUST REPORT TO 1 of 3 LOCATIONS 2 TIMES PER MONTH
Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition Representative include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for experienced and entry-level positions using Workday.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through networking, referrals, internet sourcing, and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate background checks, extend verbal offers, and manage onboarding activities, including start dates and orientation scheduling.
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and college recruiting while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
- Minimum of four (4) years of staffing or talent acquisition experience, including three (3) years of direct recruiting in a high-volume, difficult-to-source environment.
- Hands-on recruiting experience using Workday is required.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification and insurance industry recruiting experience are a plus.
