We’re looking for a sharp, driven AI Engineer who’s ready to shape the future with us.





Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and data science to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems. You’ll be responsible for turning research into production-ready models, automating complex processes, and developing tools that learn and adapt.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and real-world applications of AI.



What You’ll Do

Design and implement machine learning models for various use cases (e.g. recommendation, NLP, image recognition, prediction systems)

Build and maintain scalable pipelines for training, validating, and deploying models

Work with large-scale datasets: cleaning, preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering

Integrate AI solutions into our web and mobile platforms using APIs or embedded systems

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and build tailored solutions

Monitor and improve deployed models for performance, drift, and accuracy

Conduct research and experimentation on cutting-edge techniques (LLMs, transformers, GANs, etc.)

Optimize model performance for speed, memory, and scalability (quantization, pruning, etc.)

Stay up-to-date with AI research and contribute to our in-house innovation pipeline

Document processes, write technical reports, and contribute to internal AI knowledge base



Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI-focused roles
