We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team! This in-office role will be instrumental in building our team by identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cannabis industry, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Hiring Events: Plan and host hiring events to engage potential candidates and grow our talent pipeline.
- ATS Management: Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
- Experience: Previous recruiting experience and a background in sales or the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: A deep interest in and enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.
- Competitive hourly pay ($20-$22/hour).
