Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing priorities.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Build detailed media plans, allocate budgets, forecast campaign performance, and monitor spending to maximize return on investment.
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and franchisees to support national and hyper-local advertising initiatives.
- Present campaign insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry trends, identifying opportunities to test new channels and tactics.
- Manage multiple advertising campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and execution align with brand standards and business goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency or franchise environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel advertising campaigns with measurable business results.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong experience with media planning, budget management, channel selection, and campaign forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience within the fitness, wellness, or franchise industries.
- Experience using Asana, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and basic API integrations
