The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software components, APIs, and user interfaces using languages such as Java and Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
- Integrate AI/ML models and generative AI tools to enhance application functionality and development efficiency.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance to small engineering teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modular, maintainable software.
- Experience delivering features and services through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, testing, and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Competence in debugging, quality assurance, and code review to maintain high-quality deliverables.
