On-site, Remote Company: Client building next-generation AI-powered products for the on-chain economy About the Role: Define product vision and roadmap, work with executive leadership to identify opportunities, launch market-leading products, and build a high-performing product organization. Key Responsibilities:
Define and own overall product strategy and vision.
Lead development of AI-native and blockchain-enabled products.
Drive rapid experimentation, MVP development, and continuous product improvement.
Use customer insights and data to guide product decisions.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Leadership teams.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.
Proven experience leading product strategy and delivering successful products at scale.
Deep interest in AI, with hands-on experience using or building with modern AI tools and agents.
Strong understanding of product development, experimentation, and growth.
Experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
Commercially minded, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
Building AI-powered products or autonomous agent applications.
Knowledge of crypto incentives, token economies, or decentralized systems.
