Data Analyst, Customer Clean Energy Programs

Location: Remote (Preference for NY-based candidates for occasional meetings at 4IP)

Job Type: Contract (6 months with possible extension based on performance)

Pay Rate: $45-55/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

Start Date: Target start date 6/15/2026

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support Customer Clean Energy Programs operations. This role will focus on invoice processing, data automation, dashboard development, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives supporting energy efficiency programs.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with Salesforce and Power Platform tools, and a passion for process improvement and clean energy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing for mass market energy efficiency programs
• Review technical program applications and energy efficiency savings documentation
• Process invoices in the company's Demand Management Tracking System (DMTS) built on Salesforce
• Report invoice processing performance and statuses during weekly team meetings
• Conduct quality control reviews of invoices submitted by implementation contractors
• Coordinate with DMTS, business planning, analysis, and program delivery teams
• Prepare and review program reports for accuracy and reconciliation
• Monitor and track program budgets and expenditures
• Manage customer eligibility data to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Document processes and recommend process improvements
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using:
• Power BI
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Python
• Excel
• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot dashboard functionality issues
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with:
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Dashboard Development
• Data Automation
• Salesforce (DMTS preferred)
• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Advanced Excel
• Python
• AI tools and workflow automation
• Experience with budget tracking and process improvement
