On the PepsiCo Commerce Media team, you’ll create holistic media strategies across tactics to transform iconic brands across channels, owning and executing omni media plans for our portfolio of foods and snacks. We’re seeking a performance marketer who will lead the media strategy and execution across all of our Beverage brands for the Amazon channel. This candidate will lead building the holistic strategy across both search & DSP channels, hands on execution in the platforms, partnering with Amazon Ads on product roadmap opportunities, and driving our advanced data & tech priorities through Amazon Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate for this high-visibility, fast-paced position will be a true performance media expert with hands on experience in the Amazon consoles (Search, DSP, AMC, API) with a focus on building holistic media and search strategies, managing a media budget, creating opportunities for media efficiencies, driving results and measuring effectiveness. It will be important that this candidate also have strong and clear communication skills to share learnings through the broader organization.

- Own strategic development and execution of all PBUS Amazon media campaigns to drive the Amazon business and meet key business objectives
- Lead development and execution of paid search strategy to drive the US Amazon Business across specific PBNA brands.
- Act as the hands-on-keyboard Amazon Ads media expert, developing, optimizing, and reporting on Amazon DSP campaigns that support the PBNA US Amazon business.
- Own and track Amazon media budget being accountable to impact commercial targets, owning the strategy and execution of the media plan, and reporting back to senior leadership.
- Lead advanced data and analytics workstream partnering with 3rd Party Partners as well as Amazon Ads to unlock advanced data from Amazon Marketing Cloud and use it to optimize our marketing campaigns and spend efficiency.
- Key owner and stakeholder in managing the Amazon Advertising relationship and ensure Amazon is bringing forward category insights, data, and best practices more frequently
- Drive reporting and insights agenda for the Amazon business, leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud and/or other analytics solutions to quantify the short- and long-term impact of media investment in Amazon
- Integrate Amazon planning with brand media planning to ensure holistic KPIs are being met and complementary media strategies and plans are developed to drive stronger media results
- Partner closely with Sales, Content, Brand, and data engineering teams to identify opportunities and challenges; develop commercially minded marketing approaches that deliver business results
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Competencies required for the position include:
- 5-7 years in media planning and execution for a consumer-facing brand
- Fluency in media tactics and channels — Search, Display, Video – including hands-on-keyboard experience in retail search consoles and DSPs
- Amazon Search, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud experience a must
- Experience managing a media budget across forecasting, execution and through reconciliation processes
- Background in partnering with 3P API partners & connections between multiple data ecosystems preferred
- Experience building cross tactical media strategies to drive omnichannel performance results at retail
- Understanding of Advanced Analytics approaches and methodologies, inclusive of MTA, MMM, and lift studies
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in highly matrixed environments
- Strong communication skills; the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable direction for the team and stakeholders
