Job Summary Digital Assets Consultant (New York, NY)

Support design and delivery of digital asset initiatives, including trading, custody, and settlement workflows.
Provide expertise in blockchain protocols, cryptocurrency markets, and tokenized assets.
Define wallet infrastructure and key management frameworks (e.g., custody models, hot/cold storage, MPC, multi-signature).
Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to implement digital asset solutions.
Evaluate vendors and platforms in the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, analytics, tokenization).
Address regulatory and control requirements for institutional digital asset products.
Create documentation, workflows, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Leverage 5+ years experience in financial services with direct exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or crypto.
Apply strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, crypto trading workflows, and security best practices.
Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
(Preferred) Bring experience from banks, exchanges, custodians, or digital asset-native firms.
(Preferred) Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, OCC, NYDFS BitLicense) and tokenization in capital markets.
