About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting high-visibility analytic missions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, React, MongoDB, and Linux, with experience developing secure, scalable applications in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java.
• Build responsive frontend applications using JavaScript and React.
• Develop and maintain MongoDB databases and data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions.
• Participate in Agile software development, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance.
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), smoke testing, and system-level testing.
• Support software deployment and production operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience with Java.
• Experience with JavaScript, React, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience developing secure, scalable full stack applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in production environments.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting analytics or intelligence applications.
• Experience with secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience on projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Alternatively, 11 years of relevant software engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph is required.
