Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma methods
• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing routers
• Design tooling, fixtures, and jigs to improve production efficiency
• Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Cost Estimating teams
• Train employees and document processes to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead special projects and justify capital equipment investments
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• Aerospace Manufacturing engineering experience
• A track record of solving complex parts and process issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
