Required Skills

Over 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications in enterprise environments.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and working with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready applications.

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent Systems.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.

Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.

Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in commercial, corporate, or investment banking environments.

Knowledge of banking operations such as loan origination, loan servicing, commercial lending, or operational workflow automation.

Experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and collaborating with Operations SMEs.

Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and enterprise workflow automation.
