Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client that is looking to add a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting efforts for a variety of corporate roles including IT, Accounting & Finance and Sales. This position will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape effective search strategies, attract talent with relevant experience, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, sound judgment, and a well-organized approach to supporting multiple openings at once.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, define candidate profiles, and build practical recruiting plans for each opening.

• Draft and publish compelling job advertisements, secure required approvals, and maintain accurate postings across recruiting channels.

• Identify, evaluate, and engage candidates with relevant experience through applicant review, proactive sourcing, and external platforms.

• Lead initial candidate conversations to assess experience, background, and overall fit for assigned positions.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and timely scheduling process.

• Manage the offer stage by preparing offer documentation, communicating next steps, and supporting candidate acceptance.

• Oversee pre-employment steps, including background screening coordination and follow-up needed to keep hires on track.

• Guide selected candidates through the final onboarding process to ensure readiness for their first day.

• Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and support hiring workflows for assigned requisitions.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates for corporate positions in areas such as technology, accounting, and sales.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the capacity to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to evaluate candidates effectively during early-stage screening.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Ability to coordinate hiring steps efficiently with managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting environments and changing hiring priorities.
