We are looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This position blends talent acquisition with business development, making it ideal for someone who is energized by building client relationships and identifying hiring solutions. The role calls for a detail-oriented communicator who can manage recruiting activity in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment while creating strong partnerships with small and mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development efforts by connecting with prospective clients and introducing recruiting and staffing solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple levels of client organizations.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand workforce needs and recommend appropriate hiring strategies.
• Track recruiting and sales activity through applicant tracking systems and other reporting tools to support performance goals.
• Develop talent pipelines for administrative and customer support positions to meet ongoing and high-volume hiring demands.
• Conduct outreach through multiple channels to generate leads, expand market presence, and increase placement opportunities.
• Foster long-term client and candidate relationships by delivering responsive communication and high-quality service.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development within a metrics-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success winning new business through outreach involving multiple contacts and decision-makers.
• Background in presenting and selling services to senior leaders within small to mid-sized organizations.
• Familiarity with recruiting for administrative and customer support functions.
• Experience handling full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and high-volume hiring activities.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment process tools.
• Detail-oriented, achievement-oriented, and relationship-oriented communication style.
