About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing engineering team in New York City. In this role, you will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that power intelligent products and business solutions. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable ML systems and production-ready AI applications.

This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex data challenges, deploying ML models at scale, and working on cutting-edge AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  
• 3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI development
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production
  
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or Generative AI
  
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and ML deployment pipelines
  
• Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark
  
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
  
• Experience with model monitoring and performance optimization
