Project Manager – Digital Media

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years of agency experience and a strong digital media background to support integrated marketing and media initiatives across multiple client accounts.

This role is focused on end-to-end digital media project execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across channels including paid media, programmatic, social, email marketing, web, analytics, and creative production. We are looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented project manager who is comfortable taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day project management for integrated digital media campaigns from intake and kickoff through launch, optimization, reporting, and final delivery
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation in collaboration with internal teams, translating campaign requirements and media plans into actionable tasks and deliverables
  • Manage integrated campaign deliverables across paid media, programmatic, social, email, web, and analytics initiatives while ensuring projects remain on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives and media deadlines
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication across Media, Client Experience, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Technical, and external vendor teams to ensure launch readiness and successful campaign execution
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, timeline impacts, and resource concerns proactively to stakeholders while escalating scope, timing, or workflow risks as needed
  • Coordinate campaign launch readiness activities including QA reviews, trafficking timelines, approvals, tracking/tagging implementation, creative rotations, and final asset delivery
  • Support quality assurance for digital deliverables including paid media assets, email campaigns, landing pages, tracking implementation, reporting deliverables, testing, and optimization workflows
  • Monitor project hours, scoped budgets, delivery timelines, and operational performance metrics while identifying workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, approvals, media assets, and creative files within agency systems and collaboration platforms such as Workamajig, Box, SharePoint, Teams, Figma, and Google Workspace

Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management experience within a digital media, digital marketing, or advertising agency environment
  • Strong digital media background with experience supporting paid media, programmatic, social, email, web, and analytics-driven campaigns
  • Understanding of digital media workflows including trafficking, launch timelines, tagging/tracking, QA, reporting, and optimization cycles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, particularly in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Workamajig, Wrike, Box, SharePoint, Teams, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
