Currently we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Republic Wallet roadmap, drive user adoption and engagement, and help scale one of Republic's core Web3 products.

Republic Wallet helps investors securely hold and manage tokenized assets, including equities, funds, real estate, and digital assets, through a simple and user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms.

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for Republic Wallet, you'll own one of Republic's most strategic products at the intersection of investing, fintech, and Web3. Republic Wallet enables investors to securely hold and manage tokenized assets, including equities, funds, real estate, and digital assets, through a simple and intuitive experience.

You'll work closely with teams across tokenization, trading, mobile, engineering, legal, and compliance to shape the future of digital asset ownership and help scale Republic's growing ecosystem of tokenized investments. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence both product strategy and execution.

What you’ll doProduct Vision & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Republic Wallet.
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and long-term platform growth.
• Prioritize wallet features, ecosystem integrations, and new blockchain opportunities to maximize user and business impact.

User Experience & Design

• Champion a seamless user experience that makes Web3 accessible to mainstream investors.
• Own and optimize key user journeys across onboarding, asset management, trading, and portfolio experiences.
• Partner with design to deliver exceptional experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Growth & Activation

• Own wallet activation, engagement, and retention 
• Drive the funnel from simulated portfolio users to KYC'd wallet holders 
• Collaborate with marketing on quarterly promotional campaigns and automated drip programs
• Own the product side of loyalty program onboarding 

INX & Trading Integration

• Lead product work on embedded INX trading (INX is a regulated digital asset trading platform based in Israel) within the wallet 
• Define the UX and requirements for embedded DEX trading (swaps) and onchain asset discovery
• Collaborate with the INX and Wallaby teams on the custodial layer roadmap

Infrastructure & Security

• Partner with engineering on security, authentication, and scalability initiatives across the wallet platform.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support regulatory requirements across the US, EU, and UK.

Partner & Vendor Management

• Own the product relationship with key infrastructure partners (Zero Hash, BitGo Trust Company)
• Evaluate and scope new blockchain integrations as ecosystem demand develops
• Collaborate with the VP Tokenization on RWA minting, sponsored gas, and tokenization platform integrations

Our ideal candidate

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a wallet, payments, fintech, or Web3 product
• Proven track record working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and business teams
• Experience with mobile product development (iOS and Android) and web applications
• Strong user research and data analysis skills — comfortable running qualitative studies and reading quantitative dashboards
• Excellent written communication: clear PRDs, user stories, flow diagrams, and stakeholder-ready documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with wallets, digital asset products, or multi-chain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with tokenized securities, RWAs, or regulated financial products.
• Experience working with legal and compliance teams in highly regulated environments.
• Background at a fintech, crypto exchange, brokerage, or investment platform.
• Experience managing third-party infrastructure partners and vendors.

This is a permanent employment contract opportunity. A standard offer from Republic includes base compensation, equity options, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package. We expect the base salary for this role to be around $200,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
