Director, Classified Systems Global Expansion

For our client, we are seeking a Director Classified Systems Global Expansion to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Costa Mesa, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $292,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to enhance the classified infrastructure accreditation program
• Leverage partnerships to accelerate adoption of critical technologies
• Build relationships with government policymakers and technical leaders
• Propose solutions to complex customer problems and craft authorization processes
• Execute a data-driven strategy for capturing growth opportunities in markets
• Collect threat intelligence and engage in testing and evaluation events
• Collaborate with executives to deliver on contracted business solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• U.S. TS/SCI security clearance required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• STEM degree or equivalent technical experience
• At least 7 years of relevant technical program management, operations, or engineering experience
• Deep technical understanding of emerging threats and technologies
