Position Overview
Our Financial client is seeking a creative and strategic Web2 Content Creator to produce engaging content and manage their presence across Web2 platforms. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, social media, and creator-driven growth-ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into content that reaches and resonates with everyday users. Candidates will own the full content lifecycle, from shaping core messaging and campaign concepts to executing high-impact social, influencer, and UGC initiatives that drive brand awareness.
This is a full-time direct hire role that will be on-site in the greater Dallas area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates products, services, and value proposition to everyday consumers.
- Create content strategies, campaign concepts, and content calendars that support marketing and growth objectives.
- Write scripts and talking points for social media content, product launches, UGC campaigns, influencer partnerships, customer testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Generate new content ideas and creative concepts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and app downloads.
- Simplify complex fintech, payments, and blockchain concepts into easy-to-understand content for mainstream audiences.
- Create and manage content for platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Telegram.
- Work directly with influencers to develop content ideas, messaging, scripts, and campaign deliverables.
- Create influencer briefs and ensure creators accurately communicate product features and benefits.
- Recruit, manage, and communicate with UGC creators to produce authentic, high-performing content.
- Develop creative briefs, scripts, and content guidelines for UGC campaigns.
- Review, edit, and approve influencer and UGC content to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports paid advertising campaigns and product launches.
- Identify industry trends, viral content opportunities, and emerging social media strategies.
- Monitor competitor messaging and provide recommendations to improve content performance and positioning.
- Assist with email marketing content, landing page copy, website messaging, and promotional materials.
- Organize and maintain a library of content assets, scripts, creator content, and campaign materials.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improving engagement, conversions, and user acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to support company initiatives.
- Stay current on social media best practices, platform updates, and content trends to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Help build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing (fintech/tech preferred)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across social, video, and campaigns
- Experience simplifying complex topics (fintech, payments, blockchain) for broad audiences
- Proven ability to build and execute content strategies and calendars
- Hands-on experience with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience managing influencers and UGC creators, including briefs and approvals
- Strong understanding of social trends, viral content, and creator marketing
- Analytical mindset with experience optimizing content performance
- Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills
