Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, define analytical objectives, and design data‑driven solutions.
- Build predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning pipelines using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data quality assessments across diverse datasets.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Deploy models into production environments and support ongoing monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data and ML solutions.
- Present findings, recommendations, and technical deliverables to client teams and executives.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and project managers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for internal and client use.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) or R.
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied analytics.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
- Experience working with cloud environments and ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
- Ability to work in a consulting environment: managing multiple projects, communicating clearly, and adapting to evolving client needs.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, CI/CD).
- Background in technical consulting, management consulting, or client‑facing analytics roles.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
- Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
