About the Role:

Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team.


As Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our hiring engine running smoothly. You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communications - while also owning full-cycle recruiting for select roles across functions including Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience across the full hiring process at a fast-moving consumer brand.


Core Responsibilities

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across all stages, managing calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Prepare interviewers with relevant materials, scorecards, and role context ahead of each interview
  • Maintain a consistently positive candidate experience from first outreach through offer or close

Sourcing & Pipeline Support

  • Source candidates for open roles through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, outbound outreach, and referrals
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority or recurring role types
  • Support the TA team with initial candidate screens and outreach for roles across Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more
  • Research and identify sourcing channels best suited to specific role types and functions

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for select roles, from intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines
  • Manage candidates through the full process, keeping all parties informed and pipelines moving
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience on every search you own

Talent Operations & Systems

  • Keep Greenhouse (ATS) accurate and up to date - including candidate records, pipeline stages, and interview feedback
  • Support job description updates and manage job posting distribution across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Help maintain recruiting workflows, templates, and coordination processes
  • Flag process gaps or scheduling bottlenecks to the Director of Talent Acquisition


This role is hybrid with an expectation to be in our office in Brooklyn 3 days per week.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a people operations role
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Clear, professional communicator - both written and verbal - with a candidate-first mindset
  • Proactive and self-sufficient; comfortable asking for guidance when needed but able to operate independently on day-to-day tasks
  • Interest in growing a career in talent acquisition; prior experience owning full-cycle searches a plus
