Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN)
Perform hands-on installation, cabling, racking, and troubleshooting in data center environments
Manage third-party vendors and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
Maintain accurate network documentation and operational procedures
Ensure security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
Provide regular project updates to leadership
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and facilities teams
