The Cyber Security Analyst leads vulnerability and patch management across enterprise systems, ensuring proactive identification and remediation of security risks. The Cyber Security Analyst partners with global stakeholders to strengthen security posture, enhance reporting, and drive a risk-based remediation strategy.

Client Details

The client is a global financial services organisation based in New York, NY with a hybrid/onsite working requirement.

The Cyber Security Analyst will be on site 3 days a week in NYC. Must be local to NYC for on site interviews.

• Key responsibilities
  
  • Manage end-to-end vulnerability and patch lifecycle across systems.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and KPIs/KRIs for leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams across global platforms.
  • Assess risk levels and prioritise remediation and patch deployment.
  • Enhance processes, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  
  
  

Profile

Ideal candidate

• Proven experience in vulnerability or patch management roles.
• Strong knowledge of security risks, frameworks, and best practices.
• Skilled with tools such as Splunk, Qualys, and SIEM platforms.
• Advanced reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability.
  

Job Offer
