Position Summary

As a Recruiter Contractor, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the project team. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates to the project team on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Work You'll Do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Recruiter Contractor will include:

• Support recruiting activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through approved recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 3+ years recruiting for Cyber roles
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain candidate records, interview activity, and candidate status
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels
• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews
• Experience scheduling interviews between candidates and interviewers
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards
• Experience supporting reporting on pipeline activity and candidate status
  
  

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55-$60 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
