VCV is a value-focused venture capital investor across AI, Digital Infrastructure, Health Tech, Blockchain, and Clean Tech, emphasizing sustainable, scalable companies. We are seeking a full-time Temp-to-Hire Recruiter, based in the New York City metropolitan area, to manage end-to-end hiring across the firm's entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle hiring across all entities with consistent bar calibration — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination across investment, operations, and technical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, leveling, and compensation decisions.
• Maintain an active pipeline with weekly leadership reporting.
• Select and implement an applicant tracking system (evaluating Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever).
• Document standardized processes, interview kits, and competency-based scorecards.
• Track recruiting metrics including funnel data and offer-accept rates, and develop a recruiting playbook for team scaling.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience from intake through onboarding.
• Talent acquisition expertise in finance, venture capital, or technology sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadership.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and data-driven hiring measurement.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000. Employment type: Temporary (Temp to Hire).
