We are seeking a full-time Temp-to-Hire Recruiter, based in the New York City metropolitan area, to manage end-to-end hiring across the firm's entities.

- Execute full-cycle hiring across all entities with consistent bar calibration — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination across investment, operations, and technical teams.
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, leveling, and compensation decisions.
- Maintain an active pipeline with weekly leadership reporting.
- Select and implement an applicant tracking system (evaluating Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever).
- Document standardized processes, interview kits, and competency-based scorecards.
- Track recruiting metrics including funnel data and offer-accept rates, and develop a recruiting playbook for team scaling.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from intake through onboarding.
- Talent acquisition expertise in finance, venture capital, or technology sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadership.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and data-driven hiring measurement.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
