About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to lead the deployment and adoption of a large-scale Future Focused Planning (FFP) transformation program across global pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.

This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in supply planning, manufacturing operations, S&OP, and change management who can drive organizational transformation, implement new operating models, and ensure sustainable adoption of planning processes and systems.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary site transformation lead, partnering with manufacturing leadership and supply chain teams to transition from reactive planning practices to a scalable, proactive, and data-driven planning organization.

Key Responsibilities Transformation Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning (FFP) program at assigned manufacturing sites
  • Act as the primary liaison between the central transformation team and local site stakeholders
  • Translate strategic transformation objectives into practical site-level execution plans
  • Drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM) across planning functions

Supply Planning & Operations Excellence

  • Partner with site leadership, planners, and manufacturing teams to implement future-state planning processes
  • Assess current planning capabilities and identify gaps against target operating model requirements
  • Support improvements in:
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • S&OP Processes
    • Inventory Management
    • Capacity Planning
    • Manufacturing Planning
Change Management & Capability Building

  • Develop and execute site-specific change management strategies
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement activities
  • Deliver training programs and capability-building workshops
  • Drive sustainable behavioral and process changes across planning organizations
  • Support hypercare activities and post-deployment stabilization

Program Execution & Governance

  • Monitor deployment milestones, KPIs, and site readiness activities
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices across deployment sites
  • Provide regular updates to deployment leadership and program stakeholders
  • Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations following deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Business Administration
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Related field
  • 5 8 years of experience in:
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • S&OP
    • Manufacturing Planning
    • Supply Chain Operations
  • Experience within:
    • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
    • Biotech Manufacturing
    • Regulated Manufacturing Environments
  • Strong leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
  • Experience working directly with manufacturing sites and plant leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence teams across multiple organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline
  • Experience leading supply chain transformation programs
  • Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent)
