Vice President, Head of Site Services Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Head Of Site Services Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: South San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $331,600 – $435,225 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for operational continuity and excellence during campus redevelopment initiatives
• Oversee campus infrastructure management across 5+ million square feet including lab and GMP manufacturing space
• Manage a $250M+ operating budget while ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational improvements
• Champion sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s zero-emissions roadmap
• Enhance employee experience through oversight of campus amenities and workforce services
• Maintain executive partnerships and provide strategic communication to senior leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience in campus management, business functions, or engineering roles
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-building campus environments with asset value exceeding $3 billion
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives, including M&A integrations and multi-region operational scaling
• Experience in GMP/regulated environments, ideally in biotech or healthcare industries
