Recruiter

We're partnering with a well-established, national real estate organization to identify a Recruiter to join their growing team. This role will support a high-volume portfolio focused primarily on hiring for hourly, site-level positions across multiple properties. This is a fast-paced environment where success is driven by urgency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles (primarily hourly positions)
• Partner with hiring managers to provide updates, insights, and candidate flow
• Maintain accurate, organized activity within an ATS (notes, scheduling, communication)
• Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets

What we're looking for:

• ~3+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume/hourly preferred)
• Strong ATS experience
• Experience recruiting for hourly populations
• Background in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus
