Job Summary (List Format): Data Science and Machine Learning Senior Associate

Analyze raw data to extract meaningful trends, patterns, and recommendations for Ford Motors.
Utilize data science methodologies including machine learning, predictive modeling, mathematics, statistics, and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define analytical approaches that drive data-driven decisions.
Design and implement data analysis solutions, machine learning models, algorithms, and experiments.
Apply techniques such as data mining, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and statistical analysis to identify key insights.
Develop efficient data loading, augmentation, and analysis processes to enhance model accuracy and scalability, with automation in mind.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver production-ready middleware APIs to ingest, aggregate, and expose core operational data.
Deploy and maintain an agentic AI orchestrator for anomaly detection and structured recommendations.
Integrate AI-driven reasoning and recommendations into front-end applications using APIs and webhooks.
Co-develop modular, tested codebases in collaboration with internal teams using Git repositories.
Prepare training materials and knowledge transfer documentation for internal engineering and product teams.
Required skills include J2EE, Python, Logistics, and Machine Learning.
Additional preferred skills: AIPGEE, Advanced Data Migration, API Development, and Data Management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant specialist experience.
Experience in the automotive industry or supply chain/logistics preferred.
Bachelor s degree required; certification in a relevant field preferred.
