Job Summary

Apolis, a company specializing in AI and Machine Learning solutions, is seeking an AI/ML Lead to oversee assurance planning and execution for various use cases. The role involves designing model validation strategies, assessing data quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and promoting awareness of bias and fairness in AI/ML processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI/ML assurance, validate and test models for quality and trustworthiness, assess data quality and model performance, design test approaches for AI/ML use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and report findings, promote bias and fairness awareness.
• Lead AI and Machine Learning assurance planning and execution for diverse use cases.
• Design and implement model validation and trustworthy AI testing strategies.
• Assess data quality and model performance to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data science, compliance, and business teams to drive risk assessment and reporting.
• Promote bias and fairness awareness, and explain complex AI/ML concepts to stakeholders.
