What To Expect
Tesla Recruiters find and close top talent to power a sustainable and abundant future. This role partners closely with various G&A teams to identify, attract, assess, and close exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best candidates to Tesla. This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.

What You'll Do

Develop robust G&A pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent

Develop strong working relationships with sourcers, other recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers

Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes

Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

What You'll Bring

2+ years recruiting experience

Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions

Ability to navigate both high volume and high touch roles

Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends

Proficient knowledge of common G&A skill-sets

Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
