- Build and maintain media plans, media flows, and campaign strategies for client initiatives
- Own the organization and maintenance of planning documents, budget breakdowns, timelines, reconciliation sheets, and related materials
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure plans, placements, budgets, audiences, and tactics align with approved strategies
- Assist with media research, audience insights, competitive analysis, benchmarks, and market trends
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across Media, Account Services, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, and Buying teams
- Track planning updates, approvals, campaign launches, and key milestones
- Support budget pacing, documentation, and campaign organization throughout execution
- Participate in planning, billing, and cross-functional team meetings
- Maintain organized planning resources, trackers, and shared documentation
- Develop strong knowledge of media strategy, audience targeting, and channel planning best practices
- Embrace AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and uncover insights while applying critical thinking, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring human oversight in all deliverables
- 1-3 years of experience in advertising, media, marketing, media sales, or a related field
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and large data sets
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Interest in media strategy, consumer behavior, and advertising
- Experience with media research tools or planning platforms is a plus
