Support Analyst

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Convert and manage data from PDFs into Excel and structured reporting formats.
• Build and maintain reports using Excel and QuickSight (or similar BI tools).
• Support dashboard creation and visualization (nice to have, not core).
• Maintain and update KPIs, including defining formulas and tracking metrics.
• Perform data entry, validation, and schedule tracking across projects.
• Manage internal spreadsheets, trackers, and lightweight internal tools/websites.
• Assist with organizing and standardizing data into a centralized system.
• Provide general administrative/project support (reporting, tracking—not meetings).

Must Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience in data/reporting, BI support, or project coordination roles
• Beginner to intermediate SQL skills
• Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting)
• Experience working with data from multiple sources (PDFs, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or operations environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data.

Plusses:

• Experience with QuickSight or similar BI tools
• Exposure to automation (basic scripting, macros, or workflow tools)
• Experience building dashboards or data visualizations
• Familiarity with KPI development and metric tracking frameworks
• Experience helping build or transition to centralized data/reporting systems.
